I have had the opportunity to work for Carousel since 2012 and have worked on many different teams with many different hats in that time. I currently get the chance to help our customers meet their organizational needs and have a positive experience with our staff as well as our product. Continuous improvement is a top priority for the Customer Success Team and I love being able to make the experience better and better as we get better and better. When I'm off the clock, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, woodworking, music, and spending quality time with my wife and 3 kids.
