Over the past 20 years I have had the pleasure of working in a lot of different customer operations roles in my career; Support, Training, Services etc…. I’m passionate about customer service and the whole customer experience with a product. I love finding new ways to improve how we can deliver on the customer experience and make everyone's lives a little less stressful.
When I'm not working I love spending time with my wife and 2 children. Preferably in the great outdoors whenever possible enjoying all that our beautiful home state of Minnesota has to offer for outdoor recreation.
