I started in tech after getting a bachelor’s degree in 2010. My various roles have included remote helpdesk support, onsite IT, computer and server production, software engineering, helpdesk management, SASS maintenance and support, customer relations, and technical therapist (not an official title).
As a Technical Account Manager at Carousel, I assist with managing our helpdesk, maintaining enterprise customer accounts, doing back-end infrastructure tasks, and solving customer problems to create less friction with our software.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with family and friends, cooking, writing music, traveling, reading, watching soccer, playing video games, volunteering, and picking up other new hobbies I don’t have time for.
