Your product registration also includes a one-year hardware and software warranty, covering hardware failure, software updates and new feature releases.
In addition to the standard Tightrope warranty, Tightrope Media Systems also offers System Assurance contracts, which extend and enhance the warranty of all of the products purchased as part of a system.
There are two forms of System Assurance for Cablecast systems: Hardware Assurance and Software Assurance.
Hardware Assurance extends the initial one-year hardware warranty for an additional year and it also provides faster response times for service and technical support.
Software Assurance provides the Tightrope customer with all software upgrades at the time of purchase and throughout the following year.
Don’t pay for coverage you don’t want. Cablecast Assurance plans are sold separately so that you can customize your coverage to fit your needs. You have the option to purchase hardware coverage,but not software, or visa versa. You have the freedom to choose what is best for you.
