We are happy to announce that we have brought on board a 'new, old guy' this week. Chad Gartner has been hired as a technician for our support team. As some of you may remember, Chad was on staff with Tightrope a few years ago. Chad will be mostly 2nd level support and running our online support at forum.trms.com and chat.trms.com. Chad slipped right back into the groove the first day on the job, we are all very excited to have him a part of Tightrope again!
