Today is a great day. We’re going live with our new customer service website, powered by the team at Get Satisfaction.
The new site, which replaces our old and creaky forums, is the place to ask questions, report problems, suggest ideas, and interact with the Tightrope community. And thanks to some hard work and late nights from the folks at Get Satisfaction, we were able to import all of the many years worth of content from our old forums, so there’s already a wealth of information to peruse.
If you had an account on our old forums, your account was automatically imported as well. So be on the lookout for an account activation email in your inbox. If you’ve yet to join us in the community, what are you waiting for? Get started now!
You can find the new site here: http://getsatisfaction.com/trms
By signing up for an account, you’ll also gain access to support sites from thousands of other companies. Odds are you’ll find a few other companies there whose products you use every day.

- How it Works: A brief overview of how to use Get Satisfaction.
- Community Guidelines: Make the most of this new resource by following these guidelines.
- The Company – Customer Pact: This whole thing works best if we both do our part.
We are incredibly excited about this new resource, and look forward to seeing you there!
Cheers!

I’m glad I looked at the blog – the get satisfaction e-mail that came had no information about tightrope at all. I had it in my junk mail as unsolicited spam.
You might want to send out another notice from the trms mail address – otherwise, you’ll lose your previous database because of the spam issue.
Yikes, thanks for the update Tom. I’ll definitely look into sending another email.
I appreciate the heads up!
