Tightrope by day…
Filmmaker by – well, whenever I can. I thought it might be appropriate to put up the trailer to my first feature length film, "Up and Down Again". This is what I do when I’m not working. We screened it in New England July 2006. To be honest – I was pretty burnt out after the two and a half year process. I took it easy – chilled out with friends and became a socialite. Since Ambz and I moved to the Twin Cities, we’ve just been enjoying ourselves. But now that winter has slam-blasted us in the face – it’s time to buckle down and starting working on films again. So, that’s what I’m doing. I’m writing two new feature length scripts; one is called "Trials", and the other, "Untitled". Hopefully I can have a first draft before spring and start planning another shoot. For more info on my film work, please visit shadowlaneproductions.com
PS – Amber will probably never reveal on her blog that she is also a filmmaker. Bug her enough and she might put up her trailer to "Common Threads", her first feature length documentary which we screened in September 2007.
