Tightrope Media Systems is pleased to announce the release of Cablecast 4.7.2. This update includes several bug fixes that improve the stability and reliability of video server operations, and therefore is a must-have for anyone who owns a Cablecast SX series video server.

Most notable improvements include:

• Bug 2710: SX servers continue to record when video signal is lost.
• Bug 2868: SX servers no longer experiences an occasional 2-3 second delay when starting playback.
• Bug 2856: SX playback no longer skips when a record event completes.
