Tightrope has a litany of support options, and we just added a new one: live chat!  An the nice thing is, you don’t need to install any weird browser plugins to use it.  If you have quick questions, or just want to say hi, head on over and join in. 

Our chat room joins all of our other support resources we offer:

• Email:  You can send an email to support@trms.com to get in touch with us.  All email is automatically entered into our support tracking system so we won’t miss it.  Rest assured, if you email us, you’ll get a response!  This actually is our preferred method of support requests, because we can respond to them very quickly.
• Web cases:  If you visit the support section of our website, you’ll see a new form in which you can submit a support case.  Cases submitted this way are entered into the same support system as email so they won’t get lost.
• Forum:  Our forum has been running for several years now, and it’s full of all sorts of great information.  Just register for an account and you’ll have access to it all.  Feel free to start up a discussion of your own.
• Chat: As mentioned earlier, we now have a chatroom where you can talk with Tightrope staff, current customers, prospective customers… whomever happens to be logged in at the time.  It’s perfect for quick questions, sharing tips and tricks, or just to simply shoot the breeze. 
• Phone: As always, our support lines are available at (866) 866-4118.  Although we make every effort to answer every call we receive, depending on call volume they can sometimes get bogged down. If this happens, please do leave a voice mail, as all voice mails are entered into the same support tracking system as email and web cases.  We will call you back as soon as we possibly can.  You could also try one of the support resources listed above.  You might find an answer even faster than calling directly!
